Alcohol is not for sale or distribution to anyone under the age of 21. Mixology box is supplied by Hestia Harlow, a third party vendor, or a similar third party vendor of Komen’s choosing. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that you are 21 years old or older and that any alcohol received by you from the mixology box vendor is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age or provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21, then you agree that Komen will not be held liable for such use. Alcohol may be hazardous to your health if consumed to excess or consumed during pregnancy. The operation of machinery or driving after the consumption of alcohol is not advisable. Drink responsibly.

Additionally, by purchasing a ticket you hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Susan G. Komen or its subsidiaries, DBAs, affiliates, successors, contractors, agents, representatives, directors and/or employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to any damage to your property or loss, damage or injury that you personally sustain, including death, whether caused by the negligence of Komen or its representatives. You hereby assume all risks to your property and your person and in no way will Komen be liable to you for damages or injuries you sustain.
